I had a unit by another brand, it would get coffee residue in the k-cup area. This unit doesn’t get anything left in it after use. It’s clean. It takes a few minutes to warm up, which is pretty fast. It looks stylish with the angled down shape. In blue it looks very nice. The tank on the left is clear. So you can see the water level at a glance. The on/off button and the 3 buttons for liquid amount (6oz.,8oz., and 10oz). It has a red LED indicating it’s heating. The LEDs for each thing are different color. So, it is easy to tell at a glance what the coffee maker is doing, or what you need to do to make it dispense water. The only downsides are incredibly minor: You load the K-cup and then the amount selection buttons are active. The blink green. Sometimes, after you load a pod, but don’t select an amount, the select buttons time out. So, you have to open the K-cup chamber again and close it for the buttons to be active again. The second downside is the cover for the water chamber is a bit awkward to put back on because it’s angled, and it feels like it could crack if you dropped it at the wrong angle. When it gets low the “add water” light will come on, and it will refuse to dispense the hot water until more water is added. So instead of 4–6 cops, it is -1 cup capacity—in case you thought I did the math wrong. The (good) reason it doesn’t is because water pumps fail faster when they have no water to pump. My previous coffee maker had this problem: it would keep pumping air because it didn’t shut down soon enough and the pump went out in 6 months. I hope this one lasts a long time becauseI really like this design, despite the water cover, and time-out buttons. If it went out, I would probably buy another one. Read more

Wanted a easy, sure fire way to make good coffee. I've tried about every coffee maker you can think of, and never quite get it right for my wife (who is MUCH more demanding for a good cup of coffee). What is very nice about this Keurig is that you can buy a separate attachment so you can use your own ground coffee. But she still prefers the pods as the better brewed. Read more

This is our 4th Keurig and likely only because we wear them out. We love the freshness of the coffee and the ability to have a variety of flavors all day without brewing an entire pot. This time we elected to trry a blue color and it's really pretty so love the change. The ONLY reason i gave this pot a 4 rather than a 5 star rating was due to the limited fill from this pot. I didn't notice that it's max fill is only 10oz so totally my fault and after using it for awhile we've adapted. We still feel they should give that as an option. Read more

My Brother loves this. He now drinks hot coffee every time with out a huge pot of coffee to get old and cold. He loved the blue color too. Says he will now drink more coffee. lol. Read more
