This a great product. It's perfect for a small apartment with a couple of people and limited countertop space. The only problem I had was self-inflicted, because I failed to keep it clean. After about 9 months of use, one morning it suddenly was having trouble making coffee. Customer support was very helpful, I ran vinegar through it and after several purges it was back to normal. I have tried other, cheaper brands of single cup coffee makers and have been let down. I'm sticking with Keurig from now on. Easy to use, dependable, and they don't stop working after a couple of months. I bought one for my office at work and will likely buy another for home use. Read more

I like this coffee maker but it is a little difficult to fill with water. It has a narrow neck on the water filler, I think. It is easy to operate and does not take up much counter space. It accepts the pods or the refillable pods. Read more

I’ve had a classic kuerig for years and it finally bit the dust. This is my third new kuerig since Jan. The first two wouldn’t work almost from the start and this one lasted less than six months. My husband and I drink 1 cup of coffee a day, may splurge and have a second on weekends. Yesterday and this morning it overflowed our cups before cutting off and now it only makes noises but no coffee. If I could give kuerig 0 stars I would. Read more
I have bought three of these since 2016. I don’t even use them daily and they quit working. I even use filtered water. They just up and quit dispensing water. These are nothing but junk. DONT BOTHER SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON THIS MACHINE!!!!! Read more
