I can't say enough about how much I LOVE this coffee maker. It has a slim, pretty appearance. It makes the perfect espresso with the perfect amount of "crema"! I have been able to replicate my daily Starbuck's cappuccino, my husband's latte, and our favorite holiday Chestnut Praline Latte. It also does my favorite Keurig classics, matcha green tea, london fog, and hot chocolate. You won't go wrong with this machine. Read more

I have waited a long time to get this coffee maker. I bought the fill yourself pods specific for the machine but the machine would not accept them. Once the lever/arm got stuck halfway and I had to work on it for a minute to get it to release. I was so afraid the arm would break. This coffee maker claims to produce a crema when the pressure is used. I tried several brands of Keurig coffee pods and got no crema at all. One cup of coffee looked like weak tea or dirty water. All-in-all, I was so disappointed and frustrated. I had preordered this coffee maker and was really excited to get it, only to find out it was a dud. I am returning it. Back to my Ninja Coffee maker and my $39 Keurig. Keurig has a great reputation for quality products. I'm afraid this one's a DUD. Back to the drawing board. Read more
This is great and really like the new pressure settings. The first one quite working about 2 weeks in, exchanged it and so far so good. But note that it does NOT make the same cream as a real espresso machine but the new lavaza espresso k-cups are decent in this machine. Read more

The media could not be loaded. For the cost I was excited to get a better quality Keurig and it lasted for about 10 days. Then it made a tremendous mess when a pod leaked when Being removed. I thought it Might be a defective Starbucks pod but no, the machine then refused to brew got pods stuck and made a mess when a pod tried to brew. I tried a different box of pods but it had the same results. Had to be the machine. Read more
