I purchased this item as a gift for a family member who likes coffee; the rest of my family are not frequent coffee drinkers, and one is adversely affected by the smell of brewing coffee or coffee grounds even after use and after placement in the waste can. This single-cup-at-a-time machine reduces the amount of coffee aroma in the air and thus causes less adverse effect on the family member who is affected adversely by coffee aromas. This little single-cup brewing machine works great, and has been in use daily for several months after its purchase. As with all Keurig type machines that use K-Cups, it enables brewing different sizes of coffee cups, and if you use refillable K-Cups, you can choose coffee types that aren't available as commercially pre-filled K-Cups and even if they are available, save money by filling your own reusable K-Cups. The media could not be loaded. It’s a great small coffee machine. I’m loving it. And the best part is that I don’t have to worry about coffee filters anymore! It’s mess free plus you can keep up your count on how many coffees a week or even a month you’re having. The 06 oz option I use it when I want my coffee dark but in genérela I put the 8oz option and it’s great. The 10oz option I never use because it’s too watery Read more

I liked the price, the small foot print and it made a cup of coffee quickly. What annoy's me - a lot - is that you have to a certain amount of water in the container in order to make the coffee. Now if you make two cups, you're going to be left with at least a cup water left in the container, if not more. Which I don't like to have sit in the container until the next morning's use. And it's a lot of water to waste. Adds up, you know? So I save it in a pitcher and use it to water my plants. But the amount left annoys me. Water costs $$. Also, it's hard to find reusable cups that you can fill with your favorite coffee that aren't a problem closing the lid on. Read more

I had a supreme plus version for a while but truly didn’t use it daily or even weekly. There were times I went months without using it. This model is much cheaper and does the same thing without all the “fluff”. Reservoir is perfect size for casual drinkers. I do wish it has a filter for the reservoir though. Also if you think you need the temperature control feature other models have… you don’t. This makes it hot and if you want it cool add ice or let it sit. Large buttons makes it easy to identify what you are pressing and simple. Read more

I have a drip coffee pot, but my husband says it is too hard for him to use when I'm not around, so I got him this one. My husband is 81, and in a walker. He loves it. It is easy for him to use, I make sure it always has water, everything else he can do easily with no mess. Read more

The item did not come in original box or packaging. Did not have an instruction booklet with it. After using for under two weeks, the K-cup unit seized up and I could not open it. I believe this was a used coffee pot that the seller tried to pass off as new. This is the worst item I've ever purchased on Amazon. Read more
