I liked the price, the small foot print and it made a cup of coffee quickly. What annoy's me - a lot - is that you have to a certain amount of water in the container in order to make the coffee. Now if you make two cups, you're going to be left with at least a cup water left in the container, if not more. Which I don't like to have sit in the container until the next morning's use. And it's a lot of water to waste. Adds up, you know? So I save it in a pitcher and use it to water my plants. But the amount left annoys me. Water costs $$. Also, it's hard to find reusable cups that you can fill with your favorite coffee that aren't a problem closing the lid on. Read more

I had a supreme plus version for a while but truly didn’t use it daily or even weekly. There were times I went months without using it. This model is much cheaper and does the same thing without all the “fluff”. Reservoir is perfect size for casual drinkers. I do wish it has a filter for the reservoir though. Also if you think you need the temperature control feature other models have… you don’t. This makes it hot and if you want it cool add ice or let it sit. The item did not come in original box or packaging. Did not have an instruction booklet with it. After using for under two weeks, the K-cup unit seized up and I could not open it.
