I get the gallon jug size and it always lasts a long time even with heavy use. I make a lot of meals that are AIP and Paleo and this is a great soy sauce alternative! It tastes sweet too which I love!! Yummier and healthier than soy too! Usually arrives with a seal and tape over the lid in its own cardboard box. Smells sweet and good. Always arrives fresh! I cannot have soy but absolutely love soy sauce. This product has kept me making some of my favorite recipes. I use it in place of soy sauce with no other alterations. It is sweeter than soy sauce, but that doesn't bother me. We go through a bottle every other month and it keeps just fine in the fridge. Read more
