I bought this from Amazon warehouse. My only issue was the windows key not working and I was having a hard time mapping a lock button using the Keychron launcher site. It would probably be difficult for a beginner to map keys due to the "layers" being a confusing issue and creating macros is interesting. The keyboard itself is really great though and the red keys for awesome. It's a nice size, and it feels quite hefty. This keyboard feels like a premium item. A coworked turned me on to Keychron, and after using the K10 Pro and fighting to finally getting it set the way I want I decided to purchase the Keychron V6 Max. I would recommend just about any Keychron keyboard to every day users and even gamers. Read more

For years, I used a das keyboard with blue switches. I had the vaguest idea of the various mechanical keyboards, but one day, I decided to learn more.... one very deep youtube rabbit hole later, I found myself the proud new owner of this Keychron keyboard. I then set about modifying it and discovered just how well it was built. It has an extremely heavy silicone pad on the undertray for insulation, and the keys are super high quality. Disassembly was very easy and enjoyable with no hard to reach screws. It was definitely designed with modders in mind. I ended up swapping the switches, though the stock browns were very pleasant. With some lube, switches, and a tape mod, this keyboard is now the thockiest I've ever experienced. If I ever decide to get another, Keychron will definitely be at the top of my list. Read more

Very nice feel and sound. My last mechanical keyboard was way to noisy and annoying for an office setting but this one is much quieter while still giving that satisfying feeling and sound. Read more

Very heavy, sturdy and solid, which I like. Works with a cable or with Bluetooth, which is great as well. Swappable keys - I have not used this feature yet. There is this "disco lights" feature when your keys light like a new year tree. It's kind of cool, but a bit more of a kid feature. Overall, a high-quality product, which does it's job really well Read more

After a little bit of research, I decided to purchase the Keychron K10 Pro for my first mechanical keyboard. I say first but I'm sure in the early days of computers, I've used a mechanical keyboard at one time or another. I'm not a gamer but just wanted a better keyboard for a different typing experience. Once the keyboard arrived I was really impressed with the quality and was shocked with the weight of the keyboard. Upon connecting the USB-C cable I noticed there was no backlights. Thinking the internal battery was dead I waited for the battery to charge before testing the backlights. After completing a full charge, I tried turning on the backlight and to my surprise there was no backlight. Tried all the key combinations from the quick user guide and from online and still no backlight. Day two I started the process of troubleshooting by factory resetting the device and still no backlight. Next I tried re-flashing the board following the instructions on Keychron's website and still no backlight. I was also experiencing Bluetooth connection issues to my laptop running Ubuntu. Open a ticket directly with Keychron's support site and they replied the next day requesting my Amazon order number. I supplied by order number and a picture of the keyboard serial number. Three days went by with no response from Keychron. With no real customer service from Keychron, I decided to ship the keyboard back to Amazon due to a faulty non-working keyboard and requested a replacement. Received the replacement and as soon as I connected the USB-C cable the backlights light up like a X-Mas tree. Appears the 1st board I received was indeed faulty. Also, days has passed and still not a word from Keychron support. After a week of use I am really enjoying this keyboard. Everything works and I have no Bluetooth connection issues. I ordered Brown switches and they feel really nice and are not loud at all. I would like to experiment with different switches. In time I will order some Blue switches and compare the Brown vs Blue switches side by side. I learned how to touch type in 7th grade (1990) and I'm curious if the Blue switches will feel more like an old school type writer. Review - Good keyboard Highly recommend Hope and pray you never have problems with Keychron products because their support is HORRIBLE. Knocked 1 star for horrible customer support Read more

This is the first mechanical keyboard that I've ever owned and didn't know I was opening a can of worms by entering into this new world. There are lots of reviews and opinions out there regarding mechanical keyboards and I can safely say that I am incredibly pleased with my new Keychron K10 Pro. Unless you have extensive experience knowledge in this unique area, you'll be plenty pleased with Keychron and the K10 Pro. The quality of the build blew me away and wasn't expecting a product so nicely made. My typing experience has exponentially increased with this keyboard and can't believe it took me this long to find out about mechanical keyboards. Read more
