Did not get these until my little one was 4 months old. These were great for helping transfer her from being swaddled to arms free. They were large enough for her hands but the elastic stayed snug around her wrist. I wish I had these earlier on in her life as I feel other mittens are so tiny and only last a short period of their life where these mittens truly can get you through the first 6 months.
