This smart plus is awsome. I have set it up to use it with my christmas tree. It is so handy I no longer have to reach down on the floor to turn on and off my christmas tree. The smart plug allows you to simply set up a schedule where you can have the tree lights or any lights turn on automatically at a certain time and turn off at a certain time as well. You can even pick the days you would like your schedule to take affect. For example i have mine to turn on at 5pm and turn off my christmas tree lights at 10pm. Never have to buy this kind of product before but I am amaze! This smart switch is easy to use. Upon receiving it, all I had to do was to follow the instructions in the small pamphlet that's inside the box in order to connect it with my phone. First, I tried it on my lamp and tried to switch it on/off through the app on my phone. Then, tried it with my christmas tree lights and get to set a schedule of what time the switch turns on and when do you want the switch to turn off. With this, I can say this is very safe and convenient to have your appliances controlled from afar especially when ur getting ready for bed and forgot to turn off the lamp or your christmas tree!
