Update: It's 2025. 8 years later. Still have the results from taking these pills for only a few months in 2017. Results did not go away after I stopped taking them. I think I did 2 months total. I’ve been using these pills for about a month at first I was impressed, my hips started to spread and butt got more fuller real quick. The only thing I don’t like is my stomach gained a lot of weight also I would have to wear my waist trainer and work out to lose my tummy. The pills work fast but I just don’t like the fat in the tummy area. I don’t want my tummy bigger than my ass so this was a bit of a disappointment to me. At first the pills didn’t have any side affects of weight gain any where else. So I bought these based on the reviews and I have to say unsure how legit they are cause I took them about 2 weeks and I did develop bad side effects major migraines to the point I could not work, lack of appetite in the morning followed by major nausea and vomiting I did not see any enhancements in my body only had a ton of side affects I stop using because it was to the point I could not get through my day. Maybe it’s different for different bodies it does appear the herbs were a lot of estrogen enhancing and I’m thinking this was why I had all these after affects but who knows. So I bought these for my girlfriend because she was interested in them. After reading some reviews I was interested in them and thought these would be a good choice. I want to first comment on the ingredients that are in this product. Dong Quai Root Extract, which also goes by women's ginseng. Watercress and kelp are great vegetables and used in a lot of eastern medicine. Vitamin E is always good when needed, like most vitamins, along with L-Tyrosine. The ingredients generally seem safe, but I would recommended to ask a doctor if you are unsure. Next up, I will comment on how my girlfriend likes these, she is fairly active, and currently a student, so she isn’t an avid gym goer, but she goes when she can. She followed the recommended dosage and followed her daily routine, and has been pretty happy with the results. By day three the effectiveness of it begin to work..I felt firmer and slightly fuller in my bottom. You get a slight boost of energy,the quality seemed/seems good and my appetite was not affected... until I became very nautious and sick being bed ridden for nearly two! My stomach is still somewhat tender sore and recovering. Everyone's body is different,while this suits most, it won't suit all.
