Phenomenal insoles. I was having PF pain, and couldn't find relief. These were recommended to me by a co-worker. It took less than 24 hours after inserting them into my shoes, that the pain of walking was almost completely gone. I am currently on day 2, and my foot feels like it it still improving daily.
