I own a few bathing suit cover ups but none that I have been able to pair with/wear over outfits as well. This is that one. I knocked off a star bc of the fragility of the fabric, as one of the sleeve stitchings ripped so I had to fasten it with an old faux safety pin earring (also purchased on this here app, that I recommend with my whole chest). That said, it was really my own fault bc I sat on it in the car a few times (whilst wearing it) leading to said obliteration of the stitching. To be fair though, its not held together by a lot of stitching on the sides. It’s very lightweight, with just the right amount of sheer, while the black, burnt orange, turquoise & rust colors compliment each other & are easily paired with many different colored outfits and bathing suits. I own a burnt orange colored suit that pops when paired with this kimono on the beach. And how can you go wrong with a tribal-like pattern ever? I wore this with a bathing suit and it is very flattering. It enhanced the bathing suit even more. The material is light weight and it stayed wrinkle-free while wearing it. I just washed it on delicate cycle and it is still in good condition. I plan to purchase more in a different color in the future. Read more

This is my third time purchasing a kimono from this brand. The designs are so versatile and you can wear them with many different outfits and colors. I have used them for swimsuit coverups, dress shawls, or with basic shorts/t-shirts. I am 5'6" and the length hits me around my knees - you can also tie up the sides in front to make it more of a wrap look. I really like that the material is lightweight, and has a softer feel to it. I do not like a kimono made of chiffon like material because they are too hot for summer wear. These are wonderful with the perfect blend of weight and breathability. Read more
