Just when I thought things couldn’t get bigger after nursing with my first child, they in fact, got a lot bigger. From a barely B to a D bigger. As someone who doesn’t usually have a large chest, it’s been a huge change and one that has me feeling really down with the fit of all of my previous bras. This one is pricey, but it’s worth it for the comfort I finally have during the day and while trying to get back into my workout routine 6 weeks postpartum. The material is very soft and incredibly stretchy so it is so much more comfortable. It also has great structure so I feel very supported and secure in it. The nursing element is great, it’s very easy to clip and unclip. It also is great at absorbing accidental milk spots that are so frustrating to deal with sometimes. A must-have for breastfeeding moms!! The thick padding protects my nipples from shirts and absorbs leakage. I always feel clean and dry in this bra. It’s stunningly comfy even for someone like me who is 5’2” with a shorter torso. I was a DD before giving birth so my boobs are pretty big, and I fit into a Large Regular (not busty). The best part for me is this bra fits my Medela Freestyle hands-free Spectra attachments!! I was so worried about how to use them (absolutely sick of the original Spectra flanges…), this bra works great because it’s supportive but not restrictive and has enough stretch. I love the support of this bra. It’s comfortable and I feel great wearing it and working out in it. I will say it is a thicker fabric with cups and I prefer a more lightweight, breathable style. But it’s probably what is best for working out in. True to size and good quality fabric. Read more
Pregnant with my first and naturally a thicker lady. I have been on the hunt for 8 MONTHS for a maternity bra & this IS THE ONE!!! I’m so mad at myself for not discovering this brand sooner. I have tried them ALL you guys! I promise you! My breasts have grown a ton during pregnancy— started a C, now possibly a DD. I got a size L. According to my measurments, I’m a 38E, which would mean a size large on their size chart. However, the large felt too tight for me. I’m still breastfeeding so my size can vary wildly and the large made me fearful for clogged ducts. I tried on the XL and while the size chart indicates that this size would be too big, I find it to be a perfect fit. Perfectly supportive (low-impact, everyday wear only) and perfectly comfortable. The material is very soft and smooth. The straps do seem more narrow than I would normally find comfortable, but once on, I don’t even notice them. I have 3 of these bras and I rotate them daily so as to avoid stretching them out. The clip down cup for nursing is fully functional. I’m glad that they did not come with padding, removal or built-in, but that is my personal preference. I tend to wear breast pads everyday anyway, so coverage/modesty is not an issue. Read more
