I got this for weekend trips and taking my dogs to cafes, and it is absolutely perfect. The 1.5 lb weight is incredible—I barely notice it in my tote bag. The ability to fold it down small is genius, and the built-in carry handle is so convenient. My Frenchies love the cushioning, and I love that I can quickly toss it in the wash after a dirty day at the park. This is exactly the highly portable, no-fuss travel solution every pet owner needs. Worth every penny for the convenience alone! Read more

This is a perfect bed for using at home or traveling with my dog. When laid out flat it is big enough that even a large dog could use it. Or I could let several dogs sleep on it if they are smaller. My boy is about 40 pounds. This is big enough for him to sleap on, to roll around on, and to stretch out as he pleases. It might be a bit small for a really big dog to stretch out on, but they could still curl up on the bed. Then there is the travel function. This folds up neatly into a contained bundle and fastens closed for travel. When folded, it is about the size of a travel pillow. The material is a soft plush on the bed side so it does insulate my dog from the cold floor. He took to it immediately and sleeps on the bed every night. Read more

This dog travel bed is pretty small. It’s also on the thin side, but it is a travel dog bed. I’d personally call it a dog or pet mat rather than dog bed because it’s so thin. The mat is soft. It’s good for a small or small to medium dog. It does fold up nicely to take with you. The quality is good. The stitching is clear and straight. The padding is even. We go camping a lot and my dogs don’t like to lay on the ground, so this was nice to have with when we were by the campfire. Yes my dogs are pampered. It works great for what it is. I would personally like it to be a thicker mat but it is nice. Read more

I got this for when I take my Frenchie to work with me. I have purchased numerous dog beds for her with stuffing inside and she treats those like stuffed animals that she needs to rip apart. So I was searching for an alternative that would be comfortable for her but also not get immediately destroyed. This is absolutely perfect. It’s large enough that I could fold it in half to give her more cushion but I really don’t need to. It is fluffy enough to give her a good padding even as a single layer. She has also been eating her treats on it so that the carpet in my office doesn’t get stained and this mat wipes off very easily. The back side is also waterproof in case of an accident. And the whole thing folds up easily for transport. Read more

5 out of 5 stars. The KindTail Nomad Nap Mat is such a clever and well-made product. I got the blue one as a gift for my parents who just brought home a mini dachshund puppy, and she immediately loved it. It has become her favorite blanket and napping spot, whether she’s lounging in the living room or traveling in the car. The blue color looks bright and cheerful, and the overall design feels modern and practical. The mat is lightweight but surprisingly cushioned, giving enough softness to keep a small dog comfortable for hours. It folds up neatly into a compact square with a built-in handle, which makes it super easy to carry anywhere. It’s great for trips to the park, car rides, or even vet visits. The water-resistant surface helps keep it clean, and when it does need a refresh, it can be tossed straight into the washing machine without losing its shape or texture. What makes it stand out most is how thoughtfully designed it is for both pets and owners. It looks good enough to leave out around the house, yet it’s built tough enough to handle daily use. The stitching feels strong, the material doesn’t attract much fur, and the padding doesn’t flatten easily. Overall, this blue travel bed is a perfect combination of style, comfort, and convenience. I would absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a portable, easy-to-clean bed for their dog. Read more

I try to take my pup with me wherever I go and I have a collection of mats for her to lie on while we are out at the park, dining, etc. I have also used this nap mat on car rides and weekend trips, and it’s really worked out great. It folds up easily into a compact roll and has a built-in handle, so it’s simple to grab and go. The mat itself is surprisingly soft and comfortable with a cozy faux fur top that my dog took to right away. It lays flat without bunching, and the water-resistant, heavy duty canvas backing helps stay dry and clean. Cleaning it is also really easy and I’ve already run it through the washer and dryer, and it came out looking like new. It’s the right size for my medium-sized dog to stretch out comfortably but still lightweight enough to toss in a bag. For travel, errands, or just lounging around, it’s been a convenient and comfortable mat that keeps my dog happy wherever we go. Travel pocket is great for treats. Highly recommend. Read more

I live by the beach and this item is extremely handy for my French bulldog. It folds up well and has a cord to help you keep it contained. There is also a useful pocket on the top that you can fill with doggy bags or whatnot. The material itself is very soft and plush as well! However, the back-side is more durable and resistant to abrasion and sand sticking to it. Overall, this is a well thought out design and a great overall value. Read more
