Disclaimer: I received this product for free for the purpose of providing an unbiased review as an amazon vine reviewer. I use KT tape regularly as I am a very active person in sports and have shoulder issues. I have used a few different brands so I am comparing my experience with Nogivup with my experiences with other brands. One thing that caught my eye with Nogivup is that the box states you can wear it up to 3 days. Here are my results after trying this product for the first time: Pro: - Easy to use - Tape held on well for 3 days. The edges on other brands tend to wear down after a day of wear, sometimes with long threads coming out. I wore this for 3 days (consisting of 3.5 hrs of volleyball, ~6 hrs of pickleball, 1 hr of cycling, 1 hr of strength training, and 3 showers) and while the edges frayed a bit overall I was impressed that the tape stayed intact. I actually could have worn it longer given its condition but took it off (see cons). - Easy to tear off. This tape surprisingly tore off very easily. i have had KT tape in the past tear off some of my skin. Considering I wore this one for 3 days and it stayed on, I was pleasantly surprised it was easy to take off. - Adhesive did not bother my skin. Some KT tapes after wearing for a long day would make parts of my skin under the tape itchy. In one case, I developed small blisters. I had no problems with the adhesive on this tape. -Good support for up to 2 days. My shoulder felt good the first 2 days. Now, I normally would only wear KT tape for a few hours (if the adhesive bothers me I would take it off as soon as my event was over). If not, I would wear KT tape for 1-2 days before taking off because by that time the tape would look very worn down. So I don't have much experience with how KT tape feels after 3 days BUT I wore Nogivup for 3 days and by the third day my shoulders were back to feeling unsupported. So I took the tape off since it wasn't doing me any good. Cons: - it is not as stretchy as other brands. My husband normally applies the tape on me and I did not tell him I was trying a new brand. He put the tape on me and the tape felt over stretched. The tape going vertically up my shoulder felt good and supported. Half the tape going vertically from front shoulder joint to shoulder blade immediately came off after I fully flexed my back. Enough of it stayed on so I cut off the portion that fell off. The next time he put it on me I asked him to be more aware of the stretch so he could give me feedback on the feel of applying it. He noticed immediately it had limited stretch. Using the method we would normally apply when placing on the tape (stretch and retract a bit before placing down) I felt I wasn't as fully supported as the first application when it was over stretched. Overall, this is a good product and I would consider buying it. I need to figure out the right amount of tension to put on the tape so my shoulder feels well supported but the tape isn't too overstretched that the adhesive fails. Pictures include: product and box, day of application, the 3rd day, and the second application. Shipping: Arrived very quickly (within a day or two). Box was a bit dented but didn't affect the actual product. Advice for users: Apply only on clean skin. Lotions, sweat (wet or dry), and dirt will affect the adhesive. I have used K tape for some time now, primarily on my shoulders and knees, typically when running. I got this Nogivup set of two rolls because they're pre-cut to a size I don't currently have - I have tape that's longer, shorter, and not pre-cut at all. The tape came well packaged, with each roll encased in cellophane-type plastic to protect the adhesive, and the two rolls placed side by side in a sturdy, nicely designed retail box (suitable as a small gift). There was some off-gassing when I first removed the tape from the packaging, but it wasn't too bad. The size is useful and versatile as expected, and the pre-cut corners are rounded, which helps keep the tape from peeling once applied. It's also easy to remove the tape from the backing - among the easiest of the K tape I have. The tape has a nice stretch to it, which helps wrap it snugly around the contours of wherever you're applying it. Unfortunately, the pros stop there. This tape is thinner than my other K tape, providing less support, and doesn't stick on, or stay on, as well. Each piece also has a large, white, 'Nogivup' logo on one end of it. Ugh - why? I'd ignore the branding were the tape more effective at its main job - sticking and supporting. In tribute to this aptly named 'Nogivup' tape, I'm going to try using this tape with my sturdier, stickier tape rather than toss it. The Nogivup tape will go as the base layer, pulled fairly taut, then I'll tape over it with my stickier tape, making sure the stickier tape is longer than this tape, so the stickier tape can stick directly to my skin and hopefully keep this less sticky tape in place. I'm not sure I'll get this tape again, given there are better ones on the market, but it's possible this will work better for other skin types. In the tape's defense, my skin is on the smooth side, and I've had trouble even finding bandaids that stick well. Also, this tape is among the stretchier I've tried, which might work better for certain purposes. As a first-timer, I wasn't sure what to expect with K-tape. But I do recall physical therapists using it alot, so I knew there had to be some legit use for it. It's cut into strips for you, it tears easily off the roll. Have a good pair of scissors on hand, so that you can cut smaller pieces for areas like feet. It clings to itself easily. You'll learn how to hold it, I messed up the first strip figuring it out. You can Google all the patterns for placement, and the tape itself comes with a card to show you a few. Now, on to the cool part : So once the tape goes on, it's super comfortable. It doesn't pull or irritate. Hardly any residue leftover and easy to wash up in the shower. (THAT impressed me, I figured I'd be scrubbing adhesive off for an hour.) IT WORKS, Y'ALL. I had a terrible strain in the tendon in the top of my foot. One of those strains where you can't even walk - it's shockingly painful to step down. I do intense workouts for 2 hours a day and this was really getting me down for 3 days straight. So I cut the tape and placed it. MY FOOT FELT SO MUCH BETTER! I do heavy 12.0 incline on the treadmill and my first 20 minutes were completely pain free. The final 15 minutes.. I wasn't in pain, but I felt a little "echo" of the strain sensation where it's located. That's it though! Sooo much better than trying to walk without being taped.
