My husband plays soccer a few times a week and is always dealing with some random ache or tweak, so we decided to try this tape. Honestly it’s been a really solid find. The pack comes with four rolls, two beige and two black, which is nice since he can switch it up depending on what he’s wearing. The rolls are extra wide, so he doesn’t have to layer a bunch of thin strips to cover his knee or shoulder. It saves time and looks a lot cleaner. The material feels strong but still stretchy, so it moves with him instead of feeling stiff. He’s worn it through full games, sweaty practices, and even showers and it stays put. No peeling at the corners halfway through the day. That alone makes it worth it. He also has somewhat sensitive skin and hasn’t had any irritation, which was a big concern for us. I own both versions of this kinesiology tape from this brand, and I genuinely love them. The quality is consistent across both products, which is why I keep coming back to this brand. One version comes as a MASSIVE bulk roll, and I mean massive. I was not prepared for the size at all, but it’s an amazing value and will last a very long time. The other set comes with two rolls, one black and one beige, which I really like for having options depending on what I’m wearing or what I’m using it for. While those aren’t as large as the bulk roll, they’re still great quality and super convenient to have in the emergency car bin since my kids are also quite active. As a kinesiology graduate, this tape is a must have. It’s lightweight, sticks very well, doesn’t stink after use, and does exactly what it’s intended to do. Both sets include scissors, which makes application easy right out of the box. My husband and I are both pretty active and have been dealing with soreness recently (I’m also currently in physical therapy), and we’ve noticed improvement fairly quickly when using this tape. I may be a little biased since I own several products from this brand, but that’s because they consistently work. I have been using kinesiology tape for the past 20 years. My skin isn’t too sensitive so I rarely get skin irritation from most the brands I’ve used. This brand gave me the worst skin reactions; sores that scabbed and redness all over. The issue is, even though I removed it, the glue is nearly impossible to get off of your skin. Even if you don’t put it on at all high stretch it rips up your skin and it’s the glue that doesn’t come off after multiple showers that keeps on making these skin irritations (ulcers that need to scab). Comfortable & Low Profile: The fabric is thinner than the name-brand KT tape. While it has slightly less "snap back" elasticity because of the thickness, it feels very lightweight and isn't bulky under socks. The Not-So-Good: Adhesive Longevity: This tape doesn't have the staying power of the premium brands. In a high-friction area like the heel, it started peeling after my first shower. Usually, I can get nearly a week out of other brands; this is likely a 1–2 day tape at most. Included Scissors: It’s nice that they include a pair, but they aren't very sharp.
