I bought these to tape my ankle and I think I’ve been better off just buying regular strips. I had a hard time getting it on my ankle because the tape is so sticky and once you get it on your foot as hard to take the backing tape off. The directions are take the backing off as you use each section, but it’s difficult because it’s at the bottom of my foot. I’d go with just buying strips. Read more

Like most people, I bought this pre-cut ankle tape thinking it would be quicker and easier to apply than strips. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Applying this tape by oneself is a PITA because it's very difficult to keep it from folding in on itself and bunching up. Even with instructions, the application process is not intuitive, and the tape segments are a little too long for people with smaller feet/ankles. That said, it does stay in place once it's put on, and it's done wonders to shore up my chronically unstable ankles without being as obtrusive as tape or elastic bandages. Read more

Little big for a child but such an amazing product. My daughter cut the bottom of her foot during comp season in gymnastics. This kept the germs out while not drawing attention to her foot. She wore it for the 4 hours but it definitely could’ve stayed on longer. Stayed in place no skin irritation. Great price. Read more

Package arrived day after order. Yhat was great! The package was securely inside an Amazon poly bag. It was boxed and inside the wraps were again in plastic.. very clean. That was great! There were picture instructions but it wasn't clearonwhat way the arch part should face. Then you are supposed to peel off arch area.. problems started here. The paper was scored but not well Perforated. So it took a bit to get center bottom off. Then wings also did not peel easily. You could see score marks but it basically peeled all off. I ruined first one. Finally fought with second attempt. I've been wearing for a few hours now and its already pulling up at edges. It's evening time so I'm not really doing anything strenuous.
