This great. I holds a good 5-6 days. Only problem it is a definite 2 person job and the perforations are not cut so it is difficult to tear the paper off properly section by section without messing up the tape. I had get the pizza wheel out to deepen the perforations. Might have to go to the fabric store to get a tracing wheel. Read more
Hard to self put on. Patches stick together easy. Had to find a different approach to self putting it on. Worked fine when on the golf course. Hurt to take off. Nevertheless, felt comfort while using it. Read more
I was excited about the prospect of this product given I am schedule for shoulder replacement in two months. I was currently using strips of KT tape. However, these were not easy to use. It was difficult to get the paper pieces off in order of application and most difficult to apply myself. I ruined first piece as it stuck to another part or two! I didn't have much luck with second either but managed to get on wrinkled and all. However, the next day I tried to remove it and it was nearly impossible. It left both sides of my arms bruised from trying to remove it and was very painful. I returned to KT tape. I should have tried smaller order first but I was just positive it was going to be so much better for my shoulder. Wrong! The picture is my arm several days later. It did help like kinesiology tape does. But you’d better order some adhesive remover like Goo Gone with it because it’s AWFUL to remove. Heed the warnings on other reviews like I should have. It says it’ll last 3 days. But it wouldn’t come off after 6, even with a daily shower and getting it soaked. It took 3 rounds of Goo Gone skin adhesive remover to get the sticky off. Took me about 40 minutes to get it and the sticky off, and it was painful! I’m scared to use these again now that I finally got it off! KT Tape brand is way better! Read more
