These work surprisingly well for my arthritic knees. Pleasantly surprised. My only issue is that I have to use first aid tape to keep the edges coming up and curling up. Not sticky enough. Word of caution, one it sticks to itself, can't use it. So getting it on right is key Read more
The size of this is great for all knee sizes, it is thick enough and just right and it doesn't hurt. The knee takes are very easy to use and theu are durable as well and it sticks well. I do recommend. Read more
KINESSIOLOGY TAPE FOR KNESS DOESN'T WORK . IT DOES NOT STAY IN PLACE, IT FALL OFF SECONDS AFTER APPLYING. I MADE SURE MY SKIN AROUND MY KNEE WAS CLEAN AND FREE OF CREAMS AND OILS. I USED TO BE A HOME HEALTH NURSE AND DID A LOT OF WOUND DRESSINGS AND SUCH OF SIMILAR THINGS AS THIS TAPE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY . I TREW IT IN THE GARBAGE. Read more
Quality, color, and fit is as expected. I love the design (9.8”x5.5”h) and that it can be cut to size. However the stickiness episodic; it was very random. Some sweaty days it held and others it didn’t. Thought it may have been a combo of weather and sweat. Nope. Same issue occured with sand workout with and without humidity. When it held it felt great.
