Review: "Kinesiology Tape for Shoulder 12pcs precut strips" I love this tape! I usually uses Kinesiology tape that comes in a roll and have to figure out where to put it to be effective for an injury. This takes out the guesswork. It adheres very well and you can keep it on for several days and even shower with it on. Kinesiology tape works well on injuries and these pre-cut tapes will save me so much time whenever I need to use it. You get 12 pre-cut tapes for slightly more than I want to spend, but with the time ans guesswork saved, it evens out. I would buy it again. Read more

I was unable to apply this tape by myself. There were no instructions on the order to pull the tape baking off. I applied the top piece of tape, but it didn’t stay affixed when I tried removing the next piece of backing. The angle was a bit too far for me to reach the far pieces. When trying to remove the backing pieces, some of the tape became unattached and would not stick back onto my skin. The tape itself wasn’t all that sticky. As you can see in the picture, the tape kind of bunched up on itself while I was trying to unstick some of the backing pieces, so this definitely didn’t work trying to put it on solo. I would definitely recommend having somebody help you apply this. I also wish there were instructions or numbers on the separate pieces of backing strips to know in which order the backing should be removed and which pieces should be pulled tight when applying.
