Bought this as I had dislocated a hip and two ribs (team hEDS) and my ribs kept slipping out of place and I wanted something to help hold them while they heal. These strips are a great length, I like the pink, blue, and black colors, they adhere to clean skin well, and also do their job well! I did try them on my hip as well, and did develop a rash here after wearing them for an extended period. I’m not taking a star off for this, as I do have ridiculously sensitive skin and it’s hard to find adhesives that I don’t end up allergic to, so I’m not faulting the company for this. When applied to clean skin, these can actually be painful to remove they stick so well, so an adhesive remover may be useful if you are new to KT tape and may not place well, are taking it off after just a few hours, etc. I def recommend this tape though, it’s worked great for me, especially on my torso for my ribs! Excellent value for money and great price. This product makes it easier to bandage any sore or injured areas. This is also great for taking with you. For example, going hiking, you want to be prepared so that you can easily carry it without having to worry about having scissors on hand. Read more

The blue and the pink tape stick really well. The black takes longer to stick well and comes off sooner. In general holds up well for about 12 hours, and with sweaty conditions and multiple showers. Read more
Perfect muscle patch, stick very well, easy to work with, soft, stretchy and comfortable. The corners come rounded so I don’t have to cut them round like I do with the rolls. The backing is stripped for easy cutting, and they feel good on my skin. Read more
I'm a believer in the purpose of kinesiology tape -- my physical therapist used a different brand on me and it significantly aided in my surgery recovery. Unfortunately my skin reacted to the adhesive of this brand that I bought for myself and I broke out in hives and red welts. If you have a sensitivity to adhesives, this might not be for you. I usually don't write reviews but I gotta say I'm impressed with this tape. For years I've been looking for a good Kinesiology tape for years. I've tried so many time KT tape but it was just a waste of money until I tried this one. This tape last on me for days even if have hair on my legs (btw I sweat a lot and tape still stays on) overall excellent tape for the price I bought like 120 strips more. Read more
It’s not just a regular sports tape. These strips hold up well stay in place and don’t come off until you want to take them off. Wherever you have pain, it helps to hold it in place. Great investment. Read more
