Very sticky which is what you want. So far there’s no skin irritation. It does leave a residue which is to be expected when the adhesive is this durable. The skin tone color isn’t as obvious as the other colors which is a +. So far, it’s working well at relieving my granddaughters pain in her arm from a torn muscle. Will buy again Read more

These are the best and its great for knee pain, shoulder pain and back pain even for other pains this product have never failed me and it stays on for days and never gave me a rash so yes I recommend them and please dont put lotion or oil on u before put it on that why a lot of people is getting them rashes cause they dont follow instructions, yes yes mines stay on when I shower Read more

I love to swim but I have tendinitis and arthritis in my left hand. I have a brace but it is unsuitable for swimming. I purchased this because the tape is supposed to be water resistant however, it doesn’t do well with lap swimming. The first time it may have lasted to laps and it started coming off. I removed it and swam as best I could before too much pain set in. On July 4th, I thought I’d give it a try a 2nd time. It stayed put a little better but left me with what you see in the pic. It doesn’t hurt or itch but is ugly. May be a reaction between the chlorine and adhesive I don’t know. Just be aware. Read more
