This Kinesiology Tape works well. I use KT tape on my bunions before heading out for a run. I like that you can cut this tape to what ever length that is needed. The brand name stuff does stick a little bit better, but this tape does the job. It stays put, doesn't irritate my skin and I appreciate that it comes off cleanly and doesn't leave a sticky residue mess behind. Read more

Kinesiology Tape, Regular Original Cotton Elastic Athletic Tape for Support and Recovery, Sports Tape Therapeutic Pain Relief (Skin Colour) This KT tape was easy to apply and cut off the roll. The tape has a grid on the back for easy cutting. It has a written instruction that it should stay on only for 24 hours. I've used other KT tape in the past that wasn't very easy to remove. It would rip and tear the skin and needed oil or other product to help reduce the extreme stickiness. This tape wasn't as sticky as other tape, but it stayed on nicely for about 24 hours. It removed easily without any damage to my skin. If you have fragile skin, it might not remove as easily for you. I applied the tape to my shoulder. It was slightly difficult to apply alone towards the back of my shoulder, but I made the strips a bit shorter, so I was able to reach the ends of the tape that ended on my back. After peeling off, there were small little spaces that pulled a bit more than other places, but I managed to remove the tape without much pain. Slight twinges only. After the tape was removed, there were a few areas that stayed pink and sore, but that was mainly where the tape caused the skin to fold or pinch together slightly. After a few hours, the pink areas were feeling and looking better. I did not bathe or swim in the tape, so I cannot speak to the longevity of the tape when in extreme conditions. But relaxing around the house and sleeping in the tape worked well. I liked that the tape was sticky enough to last in casual use, but was still easy to take off. Read more

I recently started CPAP therapy and was looking for some tape so that I could tape my mouth at night. I tried some other products but someone recommended KT tape and I’m really impressed. This tape is very nice quality and has a good amount of adhesive, but at the same time, I was able to easily remove the tape from my face. There was no residual adhesive or adverse effects on my face, so I’m sure that this tape would be great for other parts of the body. The tape kept my mouth secure, so it’s pretty secure tape. This is just like any K-tape. It has good amount of stretchness and stays on for a few days if you use it correctly and choose to keep it on for longer than a couple days. It is not pre-cut so the person using it must carefuly cut the tape and the corners. Lastly, It does not leave residues. Read more

This is regular K-Tape. It performs just as one might expect regular K-Tape to perform. It is not pre-cut, so it can be fashioned into whatever configuration the user desires. It is cotton tape with the tradtional water wave design. The adherence seems quite good and there is no residue upon removal. I was able to achieve an adequate stretch upon application, and I did not experience and lifting or rolling of the edges. I normally do U-cut on each end, and this tape adapted to that type of configuration. I have paid significantly more for "premium" K-Tape which didn't perfom better than this "regular" tape (it even had the "regular" notation on the top of the box).
