Good quality for what it is. I'm just a single dude, in his late 30s who has very little sewing experience. I have these pairs of thermal lined jeans that I use mostly for working outside in the winter. I had really bad luck and knicked the legs on both pairs with my chain saw. These jeans are like 50 bucks. The patches helped me get the holes sealed and it brought back the warmth the jeans originally provided. I've also used these on just normal non-thermal jeans, and it's working well. I really appreciate that they included this miniature sewing kit thing too. You get a needle, some thread, etc. I guess for situations where you dont have access to an iron? I didn't know you could sew these on as an alternative, but it makes sense to me. Finally, the cost is on-point. For under 10 dollars, you get 20 patches. That's a good deal. Read more

While this is super easy to use and has great adhesive, unless you are using this on jeans, this tend to feel stiff and a bit uncomfortable when ironed on non-jean fabric. These patches are for jeans. As for packaging, the patches came in a durable zip-lock bag. Read more

These patches are a practical and affordable way to extend the life of jeans and other clothes. The iron-on backing makes them quick to apply, and they stick well once heated properly. The pack comes with plenty of pieces, so there’s enough for multiple repairs or projects. The denim material itself is decent quality, though a little thinner than some store-bought patches, so for heavier wear areas you may want to reinforce with stitching. Still, they blend in well and do the job of covering holes or strengthening worn spots. Not perfect, but very useful for everyday clothing repairs at a good price. Read more

Very sticky if installed right. I used a long piece of it to patch the collar of my denim work jacket. It's a bit stiff to start off with, but softens up over time. It has perfectly stayed on for two rounds in the washer and two years of wear. I think the key is pre-ironing the piece you're going to adhere it to so it's very hot before applying the patch, then use a LOT of heat and pressure. I've also used it on the inside of a few holes in blue jeans and it's holding well for many many washes. Read more

Easy to apply, but results may vary. I tried a couple large patches and one small on some worn out pants. They ironed on easily enough, with a piece of parchement paper underneath to keep the glue from sticking to anything other than the pants. The patches all seemed to to be firmly and completely attached, however when washed, 2 of the patches partially released. I am unsure if they will maintain their integrity with the pants fabric without adding some additional stitching. The third patch 100% stayed attached and secure. The only downside is that the patches are still quite stiff and feel a bit like thick paper. The open holes where the patch shows through also are very shiny from the glue. I thought the glue not bonded to fabric would wash off. Maybe it needs a few more washes. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I ordered these patches to repair my husband's jeans that were torn and full of holes. I did hand-stitch the tears as best as I could prior to patching because I felt it would hold the fabric in place better. The instructions say to heat an iron to 330° and apply heat for a minute. My iron only has fabrics listed rather than temps, so I googled what temps fabrics are ironed at. I used the cotton / linen setting that's just shy of the hottest choice. The patches are easy to apply. On the worst hole I put a patch on the inside AND the outside of the jeans but it turned out rock-solid (whoops!) so I don't recommend doing that. It'll hold until the end of time, but my husband gave me the side-eye for the crazy hard patch that I admitted was me overdoing it. I cut smaller pieces for smaller holes and it was a cinch. While the colors aren't a perfect match, we don't care because the goal for us was to fix holes and tears, not make a fashion statement. Highly recommend! The patches are holding up well and doing exactly what we needed them for. They work perfectly and stick well to the fabric. Read more
