Decent, not the best of the best
Not bad. Buy one size larger than what you "think" you'll need GOOD: Wide, great stitched-in Velcro, silver thermo layer -- it will make your waist sweat, provides decent back support (firm, but not that stretchy at all) NOT SO GOOD: If wearing this on the outside of clothes, it'll slip. For some, not being stretchy will be uncomfortable moving around BOTTOM LINE: Good buy, but kinda wish it would "give" a little more while moving around. My old worn-out ones stretched with you, this one minimally stretches a little. There is some adequate back support (more for light weight lifting, not for power lifters). Buy, the larger size, you can always wrap the extra length back and Velcro it in place for best comfort and stretch. I wouldn't buy these again, but will use them Read more
