Drain threads defective.

My plumber said the threads on the drain pieces were defective and didn't line up. He had to go to Lowes to get a replacement for one of the parts that goes under the sink. I had to pay for more of his time because of this faulty product. It's super pretty, but defects right out of the box make me really nervous about how long it will last. Read more

The title of of this review speaks for itself. These faucets are well constructed; however, the nico finish was not a light, bright mic finish. Rather it appeared tarnished and grey. Do not buy if you want a soft, silvery nic finish. Read more

Cheap plastic parts

The plastic spout screen and underneath installation parts looked to be of cheap lighweight plastic and did not appear that they would be dependable in the long run. Also, I was looking for a more graceful look. This one looked chunkier than it did in the picture. My (polished brass) Kohler "Revival" purchased 25 years ago has held up very well and I like the look better. The hot water faucet leaked so I was just going to get a new faucet in polished nickel, I love that metal color. This Kingston was the only one I thought I'd like which had a sufficient spout reach, still not as far as my Kohler. Since I don't like this one, I will just stick with my old Kohler. I'm very disappointed. I had no problems with Amazon, just the item. Read more
