I am happy. I admittedly bought these for the esthetics. They feel lightweight and not the best quality but not bad either, they are perfectly acceptable for the price. I might be a bit picky because I used to work as a cook. They are comfortable in my hand (I have a medium size hand with long fingers). They are reasonably sharp, and are easy to sharpen. I like that there is no seam between the handle and blade adding to their comfort and making them easy to clean by hand as I don't put my knives in the dishwasher. There are really only 2 things I'll gripe about, I wish the set came with a honing steel, I'd take that over the little sharpener they have on top, and I wish the scissors came apart for cleaning. The media could not be loaded. Nice knife set overall. The knives come sharp out of the box and feel comfortable to hold. I like the weight and balance — not too heavy, not too light. The wooden block looks clean and modern on the counter and doesn’t take up much space. So far, they’ve handled daily cooking without any issues. Good quality for the price. Read more

Love, love ,LOVE this knife set. Knives are VERY sharp. Cuts through like butter. Love the design, very unique. Knives are gorgeous and the scissors that it comes with are also VERY sharp. Love these knives. Love them. They’re sharp, lightweight (although maybe a tad too much so?), and I’ll say what we’re all thinking here: the stand is BEAUTIFUL! I get compliments on it from everyone who steps foot in my kitchen. Gorgeous. BUT I don’t think it will be forever so. You have to slide the knives into two different holes, and this can cause chips in the wood of the beautiful stand. That is a problem over time (especially when the knives themselves dig into the wood with the blade) but… it is a fun splurge. Read more
