We Installed this at one of our rentals and the wife loves how it looks! She says it is very “in”. Happy Wife, Happy Life! :-) This is very easy to install, it is a typical light installation kit. Having three bulbs, makes this fixture pretty bright, that also depends on the type of bulb you use. They did not appear to be any flickering or issues with the electrical.
