Great Quality...Better Than Expensive Ones That Came With Our Knife Set
After several years of use, our old pair broke. It lived a good life though! It was part of a set along with black knives that sat on the counter in their storage block. This is a very well-made and solid kitchen scissor, and the fact that you get two pair in this set is a great value. We used the black-n-white scissors to replace the pair that broke, and used the red pair as a spare in the drawer with the rest of kitchen tools. While the scissor is obviously different from the all-black knives, it is hardly noticeable to anyone else when sitting in the storage block. Plus, the slight difference is acceptable given that it is the only one of its kind in the set (not like a knife being different from the other knives). The fit is perfect, with and without the protective sheath. After over a year of extensive use (used almost daily) they are still sharp and show no sign of wear anywhere else. If it matters, we only handwash in sink immediately after use, and have never put in dishwasher. We definitely got our money's worth from these, and should they fail tomorrow, we have the second pair in waiting. Read more
