This is a very good pan! Perfect size and depth for sautéed, stir-fry and even deep-fry! It heats up evenly and fast! The non-stick surface makes cleaning a breeze and safe for cooking. If it could be used in oven, it would be even better! But we are already very happy with it now. Read more
Bought this back in July 2022, and I've already used this dozens of times to make so many of my favorite meals! Red beans and Rice with Smoked Andouille Sausage, Chicken/Beef stir-fry, Chicken Parmesan, Sauteed garlic and butter mini red potatoes with green beans, and even pan fried burgers. Quite heavy for non-stick cookware, not a con, this is good! It retains heat very well, even when you turn the burner off. I like the deep sides as it helps keep small splatters inside the pan rather than on the stove, which makes overall clean up much easier. Lid is nice, and fits well for any dishes you might want it for. Great quality as usual from KitchenAid. Read more
The Hard anodized is perfect and a must when cooking. This pan is very durable , a perfect size for a variety of meals and a bit lighter weight pan. Very good even heat, can cook just about anything in this. And you can see perfectly what is cooking without lifting the cover. Wash by hand only. Read more
