We have now had our blender for almost 3 years, have used it almost daily for smoothies and weekly for larger cooking project, and it has held up beautifully. It looks good on our counter, it feels strong and efficient, is easy to clean and maintain, and is actually surprisingly quiet when compared to things like the ninja/bullet, etc. We are so happy we purchased this. One feature we especially love is that when you turn it onto any speed setting, it has a smart feature that slowly spins the motor up to speed, to protect the motors lifespan. Super cool. Read more

DO NOT RETURN TO KITCHEN AID

This product failed on the first day. In the instructions, it states do not return to vendor. It states return to Kitchen Aid. It has been 1 month since I contacted Kitchen Aid and they stated they would send out a new unit. I have not received the new unit nor have i received any update. returning to Amazon is a much faster turn around. Kitchen Aid customer service has a tremendous opportunity for improvement Read more
