Bought it in December of 2023. I’m not using blender a lot, it used 2 times, like 2 times at all. First time the blender burned in 3 seconds after start. I was crushing some ice. Thought that was gust bad quality control, called the manufacturer, spend an hour on the phone and they replaced it. They sent me the new one, I’ve checked it, was working. The second time I had to actually use it, it stopped working after 3 seconds of blending a little bit of boiled potatoes. Now I’m trying to call to kitchenaid and the wait time is 55 minutes. They do not reply the emails you send them and the only way is to waste hours of your time and call them. Worst customer service!!! If you are looking for a blender that you are planning to somewhat use, avoid this modes at all costs. If you are looking for a blender that will collect dust on the countertop there are better and cheaper options available. AVOID THIS BLENDER!!!! Read more

We have now had our blender for almost 3 years, have used it almost daily for smoothies and weekly for larger cooking project, and it has held up beautifully. It looks good on our counter, it feels strong and efficient, is easy to clean and maintain, and is actually surprisingly quiet when compared to things like the ninja/bullet, etc. We are so happy we purchased this. One feature we especially love is that when you turn it onto any speed setting, it has a smart feature that slowly spins the motor up to speed, to protect the motors lifespan. Super cool. Read more

This product is extremely cheap for what you pay. I’ve never been so disappointed in a Kitchaid product like this. The blade mechanism fell out of place during the first time using. I’m able to push it back in but blending anything solid like ice makes it come out of place again. NOT worth the money at all. Read more
