This is a good blender. "Semi" quiet, good chopping and blending action. The green color looks even better in person than online. Our last one of the same model lasted over 10 years of hard use. My only complaint is that the power button is finicky. Read more

The blades on my previous Kitchenaid blender shattered, so this was the replacement. To kitchenaid’s credit they were replacing it under warranty, but it just took so long that I got one from Amazon. Seems far more robust and better than the previous generation of Kitchenaid blenders, and I love that the blades are now held on by a nut, not a rivet, so they’re replaceable if broken. It is LOUD though. Read more
