This satin bonnet has become an essential part of my hair care routine and has made a noticeable difference in reducing hair loss and breakage. I use this product every night!!!!!! I cannot sleep on a silk pillow case, i was trying to find a different alternative. This has saved my hair from being in a pony tail while I sleep. I use this while my hair is wet, while its dry, to keep it out of my face and not suffocate me while I sleep. The wrap is long enough to wrap it around my head so it ties back to the back of my head. I do not tie it tight and it stays perfect, does not move at all. I am also able to use my sleep mask and put it over or under my sleep mask. I do not sleep well if i do not have this.
