Because it is sweetened with monk fruit rather than artificial sweeteners I don’t have to worry about it messing with my hormones or my metabolism. I drink this every morning with homemade almond milk and it is honestly so energizing, my body feels amazing after I drink it. It has helped me a lot to focus in school and stay productive through the day. It also blends very well into liquids and doesn’t leave behind any clumps. I’ve been a coffee addict for over ten years. I’d drink it black and I would literally be a complete zombie without it. I work in an extremely demanding consulting job with 14+ hour days and get around 5 hrs of sleep per night. Sometimes I’d drink 2-3 cups of coffee in addition to ADHD medication to feel like I could think clearly. Needless to say this was extremely unhealthy - it made my heart rate regularly jump to 130-150 bpm, I was rapidly losing weight because of the indigestion the coffee was creating, and I just generally felt sick all the time. I know $47 seems quite steep for a drink, but I can assure you it’s worth every penny. The quantity of product will last you at least a month, and you will not need to spend a single penny at a coffee shop. I don’t like the grassy, bitter taste that so many other matchas have. This one though, is perfectly smooth and balanced, and it’s also a vibrant shade of green which shows that it’s quite fresh and high quality.
