Perfect for Dry January and Beyond!
I decided to try the Recess Zero Proof Craft Mocktails as part of my Dry January experiment, and I’m so glad I did! I was a little skeptical at first because mocktails can sometimes feel like watered-down substitute or way too sweet, but these drinks totally surprised me. They’re genuinely flavorful and thoughtfully crafted, making them feel like a treat instead of just a replacement for alcohol. The Happy Hour Sampler is a great way to try all the flavors, and honestly, I loved having options. My favorite so far is the Margarita, it’s refreshing with just the right amount of tartness and fizz. It’s the perfect drink to sip on during those moments when I’d usually reach for a glass of wine or a cocktail. I also appreciate the adaptogens in these drinks. I don’t know if it’s placebo or the real deal, but they do feel relaxing, especially after a long day. Bonus: I don’t miss the morning fog that sometimes comes with a real cocktail! Whether you’re cutting back, going completely alcohol-free, or just looking for a unique mixer for gatherings, these are such a win. It's OK
It tastes OK at best. No where near a real drink like some good 0 alcohol beers can taste. The cosmo is best for sure and with a splash of OJ or Cranberry juice plus a bit of triple sec syrup...it is pretty good. For the price though kind of iffy. If you got to try then stick with the cosmo and bump it up. Read more
Excellent and intact!
A Fantastic product- great flavors! And best of all- always arrives intact!! This may sound odd but ALL other canned drinks we've ordered have arrived with at least one with a hole/empty and most of the rest dented or crimped. Receiving a great product intact so it can be thoroughly enjoyed is a HUGE win!!! Read more
Happy with them if I doctor them up
I enjoyed a nice cocktail a couple of times a week but now have to be off all alcohol for medical reasons. I can’t say that I enjoy these as they come out of the can. What I can say is I adjust them to my liking so they taste very close to the real thing. I particularly like the Cosmo and the margarita. For both of those I add lime juice and simple syrup and serve them with a lime. I also serve them in the appropriate glass, i.e. a martini glass and margarita, glass. I doctor up the other types also and enjoy them too. Makes me happy not to feel deprived. Read more
