Accurate count
So far my husband and I have used 7 bottles, 90 capsules in each bottle, 3 capsules daily (45mg) for each of us. We are pleased that the capsule count has always been on the mark. We count before starting a bottle and, unlike reports of several other brands undercounting and selling short, exactly 90 capsules is what Klaire Labs has given us. Thus we suspect that Klaire Labs' quality control is superior to other brands. As for improving bone health, the verdict is still out. We supplement K2/MK4 with daily Calcium, D3 and Magnesium Glycinate for bone health. My next scheduled DEXA scan in 2 years will tell if 45mg of K2/MK4 taken daily, combined with the other 3 supplements, will either reverse or keep osteoporosis at bay.
