These probiotics require continual refrigeration and will spoil without, according to the rep I spoke with from Klaire labs. Upon receiving my probiotics from healthselect, I noticed that they were packaged WITHOUT any kind of cool pack, or other means of maintaining a cold temp. The Klaire labs representative also informed me that because of how these probiotics are manufactured, it does not take long for their effectiveness to start to diminish once they have been kept out of proper storage temps. I reached out to Health Select with my concerns and was asked for my order ID. I replied twice with my order ID and never heard back. Next time I will just buy them directly from klaire labs. This is a great product that I have been on for months. It was first prescribed to me by my Naturopath. She stressed that it must always be refrigerated. This product does say to do this right on the back of the bottle. My bottle arrived without any cold pack. This indicated to me that someone just grabbed it off of a shelf where it had been sitting for who knows how long. I'm on 3000 mg of antibiotics daily and I just can't take a chance that these were spoiled. Read more
