I'm now a coffee lover!

jamackJanuary 31, 2026

OK, so it took me a long time to get my new expresso machine set up. First there were the holidays then I have to admit I was a little afraid of it. As a complete newby to expresso machines or even having a cup of coffee from one it looked complicated to me. I finally found time and started to read the booklet. So many terms and parts were new to me. I finally just decided to jump in and follow along step by step. So here's where it gets a little frustrating. I dont feel the instructions are the best for someone who knows nothing about expresso machines. At least once the book called a part by a different name and for a little while I was very confused. I got through it by a process of elimination. The booklet could also use more pictures and diagrams. For example, where the ground coffee comes out so you can put something under it to catch the grounds. Yep, I found out. An explanation of the three positions for the steam handle. One puts hot water in your cup...who knew?? How to use the steam to froth, etc. So yes, the directions aren't the best. If you are familiar with the process you will probably be fine but it was very confusing for me starting from scratch. With all that being said let me first say I've never been a big coffee person. I never necessarily looked forward to a cup but once I got my first cup brewed I'm a new me! I have never had a better cup of coffee! I can not wait to make a cup each morning. I'm still learning and tweaking things like the amount of coffee, hot water and honing my frothing skills. I haven't even explored all the manual settings that are available to customize my brewing but I'm hooked. Not that I'm an expert on expresso machines but this one seems to be able to do what I need and more. It looks nice, really isn't as large as I thought it would be and it makes a great cup of coffee on the initial settings. I'm so glad I decided to order this one. Read more

Beautiful and well made with a learning curve

Southern BellJanuary 18, 2026

Search for an upscale, but not actual bank-breaking high-end espresso machine led me here. It needed to deliver espressos, americanos, lattes, and cappuccinos plus quality milk frothing. I wanted a dual cup model, if that was actually a "thing," and a grinder. Brand name did not matter - design, performance and price drove my search and decision. Below are the features that attracted me to this particular one. • Capacity: 2.8 Liters • Product Dimensions: 13.78"D x 13.78"W x 12.05"H • Special Feature: Cup Warmer, Programmable - bonus value adds!! • Coffee Maker Type: Drip Coffee Machine • Espresso Machine with Grinder: Conical burr grinder, 30 grinder settings (from espresso to French press), consistent flavor; 3Cr13 stainless steel burrs, corrosion-resistant, lifetime brew - over 10,000 cups; geat grinds, great coffee, engineered to perform • Dual Boiler System and PID Temperature Control: Two independent heating boilers, independent heating temperature, PID temperature control system; accurate and stable water temperatures for coffee extraction and steam heating = aromatic, flavorful coffee • High-Pressure Extraction: All-in-One espresso machine, professional 20-bar water pump, powerful 1500W motor, pre-infusion technology = fully saturated coffee grounds; extracts richer coffee oils, aromatic, flavorful brews • 4 Operation Modes: 4 modes (single cup/double cup/custom/hot water); delivers rich espresso, cappuccino, latte, Americano; custome mode allows matching preferred coffee strength and brewing time based on personal preferences • Espresso Machine with Milk Frother Steam Wand: Semi-auto’s built-in manual steam wand; hand-texture rich, velvety microfoam for lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, suitable for latte art, barista-level foam Overall, this is a solidly built, near professional-grade machine - far exceeding my expertise and personal home needs. I LOVE it! Not only is it really pretty on my countertop, it elevates my mornings and adds an incredible aroma - zen way to start my day. The super quick 15 second heating means I can start my morning coffee journey quickly. There's such a steep learning curve for me; I am not even a pretend barista and my frothing experience is limited to the top-end Keurig. The dual boiler setup is wonderful, allowing me to brew coffee and simultaneously froth milk. That's a game changer as I like my coffee HOT; dual brewing means no time for coffee to cool down while waiting for milk to froth. I'm still learning the steam wand - the swirling is so different than my old machine. The PID temperature control means more consistently rich, aromatic espresso shots and Americanos for my husband. Grinding is loud - I got a silicone heat mat to put under it for both sound control and heat protection. Cleaning and maintenance is a bit tedious. This is a substantial investment for a 2-person household; I'm not yet able to confidently say it represents a good value for me. But I am happy to find and recommend this quality well made kitchen essential. Read more

Finally real coffee at home, very happy with this machine

RM CustomerFebruary 2, 2026

As a Brazilian, even though living in the USA for a long time, I never really got used to the American “tea-style” coffee. I always missed a proper espresso, strong, hot, and full of flavor. I’ve been wanting an espresso machine for a long time, and I’m honestly very happy with this one. It just works. The machine heats up fast, which is great in the morning, and the espresso comes out consistently good. The grinder does a solid job and gives fresh grounds every time, which makes a big difference in taste. I’ve been making espresso and some milk drinks daily, and it’s been very reliable. One small thing to mention, sometimes a single coffee bean can get stuck in the grinder and you need to remove it manually. It’s not a big deal, and from what I’ve seen, this happens with most all-in-one machines that have built-in grinders. Overall, the coffee quality is excellent, the machine feels well built, and it’s not as complicated as it looks once you start using it. For anyone who grew up drinking espresso and misses it at home, this is a great option. I’m genuinely enjoying my coffee again. Read more

Overall, this is a good coffee machine.

Customer ReviewFebruary 8, 2026

Overall, this coffee maker is quite nice. The unit has just come on the market, but you can get it up and running quickly with little hassle, and once you are up and running, it works perfectly. Since I started using this coffee maker, I have drastically reduced my Starbucks coffee purchases, which was one of my main goals. The only downside to the product is its price, which I believe is somewhat high; I believe there are better options in this price range. I enjoy using the coffee maker, and I am very happy with it. I am very pleased with the product's overall quality and performance. Truthfully, no coffee can taste as good as the $10,000 machines used in stores, but if this coffee maker can achieve 80% of that quality, it will help me reduce the number of times I go out to buy coffee.
