This is a great soft, but supportive, pillow. I have bad knees and I have tried to help keep them functioning without pain for a while. This pillow has definitely already done that. It is a very soft and squishy pillow. It is not as hard as some of the other knee pillows I've tried in the past and I like that it is softer. I tend to fall asleep on my back and then move to my side and sleep like that the rest of the night. I start by just laying my legs over the pillow and will then put it between my knees when I move to my side. It has help a considerable amount. I usually wake up with knee pain at some point through the night because I knees close together but this help a ton with keeping them off each other. The only downside I have with it is that it is long for sleeping on my side. If I am tossing and turning, I do have to shift it and keep relocating it rather than just having the pillow turn with my knees. Now, if I just lay on my back and keep my knees propped over the top of it, it works great. You can unzip the pillow cover and take the foam part out to wash the cover which is great. It has a easy to access zipper as well. I use it when I'm sitting on the floor with my son as well or if we are watching a movie. It is great for keeping my knees off the ground or each other when playing board games as well. I have also tried this on my lower back when sitting on the couch and it is a nice support to arch my back for a little while. It did not have a smell to it when I first took it out of its package which was nice. It came in a vacuum sealed package and only took a couple minutes for the pillow to take its full form when cutting it out. There is a stitched on handle on one end of the pillow as well. It is a little less than 2 feet long and about 6 inches thick. Overall this is a very supportive pillow for someone with bad knees looking to get a little relief. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Read more

This knee pillow seems to be addressing one issue so far. It's reduced nighttime leg cramping which is very welcome. My only complaint is that it flattens a bit during use and I question the reason for that. As soon as I take the weight off of it, it resumes the original shape. It may be too soon for give an accurate review. Read more

This is not stiff enough to be supportive. I bought it for the size and shape, hoping it would be less bulky than the current cervical neck pillow I’m using as a knee pillow. But this product had no support. My knees would touch, my hips weren’t supported, and when I used it for laying on my back, my knees would still hyper extend. It’s not worth it. I’m back to the old pillow I used. Idk what to even do with it now, as I washed the cover and threw away the packaging. Maybeee lumbar support? Read more

This teardrop pillow is sooooooo soft and squishy — like a cloud that hugs back! 💤 I’ve been using it mostly as a side-sleep support pillow, and it’s perfect for keeping my hips and spine aligned at night. The unique teardrop shape really does fit your body’s curves better than a standard knee or lumbar pillow. The memory foam is plush but supportive, though for me it felt extra soft when lying on my back — I personally would prefer a bit more firmness there. The fabric cover feels lush and expensive, and the quilted pattern with a handy side handle makes it easy to grab and reposition during the night. I also love that the cover zips off and is machine washable — total game changer. Beyond sleeping, I’ve used it as a lumbar cushion for reading, a leg prop for post-workout recovery, and even as a little anti-roll bolster for guests. It’s one of those multi-taskers you didn’t know you needed until you try it. Bottom line: if you’re a side sleeper or need knee/hip support, this is a cozy, versatile option that also looks nice enough to leave out. If you’re a back sleeper who prefers firmer support, just know it’s on the softer side. Read more

This knee pillow has been a big help for side sleeping. The memory foam feels soft yet supportive, molding comfortably between the knees without going flat overnight. It keeps the hips and spine better aligned, which noticeably reduces pressure on the lower back and helps with overall comfort. I like that the cover is removable and machine washable—it makes it easy to keep fresh. The size is just right: not bulky, but wide enough to stay in place through the night without needing to constantly readjust. If you struggle with hip or back discomfort while sleeping, this is a simple and effective solution. It adds just the right amount of support to improve alignment and make side sleeping much more restful. Read more
