Great support, they move well. I wear them with every workout even if Iβm not doing legs. I tore my meniscus in 2019 and recently injured my patella tendon. This has really helped me prevent further injury and rehab my knees. Iβm 5β8 155 lbs I bought the mediums and they fit well. Read more

These knee sleeves are a game changer for anyone who is serious about weightlifting. These sleeves provide amazing support and stability to my knees during heavy squats, deadlifts (as those are the only exercises that I use it for). Iβve noticed a significant difference in my performance and a huge decrease in knee pain. The fit is perfect, and they provide just the right amount of support. The material feels durable and comfortable. Theyβre mostly true to size, but I think that you should buy with your weight goals in mind (smaller size if you plan to lose weight and larger size if you plan to gain weight). Iβve been using these sleeves for a few months now, and theyβve held up extremely well. No slipping or bunching during my workouts, and I feel more confident when pushing my limits. Read more

This is my second pair of these and I love them. Got this pair as a replacement. My first were mediums and after several years of good wear and tear and yanking them up (only from my fingernails digging into them to do so), I decided to go with a small this time The smalls fit me nice and tight, but Iβm not having to strain too too hard to pull them up.
