These are really nice knives. The block is a little bigger than I'd like but the knives make up for it. The price is totally nuts in a good way for what you're getting. I've used the boning knife to slive a turkey breast...like butter. I use the chef knife daily & used the peeling knife yesterday and it's better than those veggie peeler things. Read more

Very, Very impressed and happy with this knife set. The sharpest knives I have ever used. They are well balanced and light weight as well. They cut just like some of the high end knives I've used, and at such a great price. I sliced up a shallot effortlessly just like the pro chef's, and made paper thin potato slices with the santoku knife like cutting butter. For all those reviewers that complain about rust or stains.... Stop putting them in the DW! Even though the mfg says you can, you should always clean, dry, and put away as soon as your done with them. No rust, no spots, ever. Care for your knives. Read more
