Totally worth every cent, good quality

I am surprised by how well put together this Kodak tripod is, given that I had not anticipated stumbling upon a Kodak product at all. It is very well made, the weight is just right for the aluminum sleekly crafted. All the knobs and levers work smoothly and with indoor use, it performs brilliantly. Nothing too fancy nor too shabby, this is a wonderful tripod for my beginner photography use. Hell, I think it works wonderfully for any level of use just the way it is. Read more

I was concerned buying any tripod in this price range - this was the right choice!

So many of the "low cost" tripods had horror stories about the mount falling off and the camera falling to the ground. I did not want that. This tripod, while having lots of plastic parts seems to be built sturdy enough to prevent that problem (so far)... I will update my review if this changes. For the most part this was a great decision which I do not regret. The tripod is plenty stable and is well constructed. Avoid the nock-off Chinese junk. If you are looking for something affordable and usable for the long run this seems to be the one. Read more
