I am surprised by how well put together this Kodak tripod is, given that I had not anticipated stumbling upon a Kodak product at all. It is very well made, the weight is just right for the aluminum sleekly crafted. All the knobs and levers work smoothly and with indoor use, it performs brilliantly. So many of the "low cost" tripods had horror stories about the mount falling off and the camera falling to the ground. I did not want that. This tripod, while having lots of plastic parts seems to be built sturdy enough to prevent that problem (so far)... I will update my review if this changes. For the most part this was a great decision which I do not regret. The tripod is plenty stable and is well constructed. Avoid the nock-off Chinese junk. If you are looking for something affordable and usable for the long run this seems to be the one. Read more

The media could not be loaded. my first ever tripod and I'm very happy with it. got this one cuz I have a kodak camera so I knew they would fit together. it has numerous spots of adjustment so it can pretty much get any angle and height. comes in a nice bag with straps so it is easy to carry. also the bottom between the legs has a hook so you can hang a weight if needed or just a small camera bag!
