I did not want a huge faucet. I didn’t think I’d like the looming look dominating my ordinary-sized kitchen, even if it was clearly the current trend. So I t took some doing, but I finally learned of this ‘Bridge-bar’-sized faucet when I saw it on Amazon’s site. The Kohler display rooms in Manhattan didn’t have this one on view, but their customer support phone group was extremely helpful, and after a couple phone calls to them I bought it without seeing it ‘live’. It looks great. It is about 85% exactly what I wanted. The weakness is the sprayer. The force of the water emerging is extremely low. I rarely use it, but there are times when I wish I could. When that happens, I always wish I had thought to ask those Kohler customer service people about whether it’s GPM (gallons per minute) would be about what my old sprayer’s had been. For what I was paying, one more phone call was common sense. Read more
