Never buy from Kolice, these machines DO NOT work!
Do NOT buy this machine!!! And, do not buy from Kolice. I've purchased 3 machines from Kolice and have had issues with all 3!!! The first one, not this model, only made half as much gelato as was advertised, but the machine worked fairly well. When we returned the machine, we had to pay $280 to return it, the seller wouldn't cover the cost of shipping. It was very difficult to re-package AND then Kolice said it was not packaged well enough and the machine was damaged upon receiving it. We DID NOT damage it, either it was damaged in transit back to them or they're lying. Now they refuse to give us a full refund. In addition, the instructions are horrible, not thorough and are not written in proper English. There is ALSO no customer support. We purchased this model from kolice, and it did not freeze at all! The freezing mechanism was not working, we tried everything, we reached out to kolice, with little to no help at all. The machine did not work, we even had people come and look at it, and they couldn’t figure it out. so we decided this must be a mistake and this probably never happens, this experience must be as an outlier. So, we were stupid and purchased the exact same model, again, thinking 'For sure it will work this time'. When it arrived, the machine did not freeze again! And this time, after the power did initially turn on, the machine stopped working at all. The machine wouldn’t turn on, there was no power. And then it started glitching, the power would come on and off. This is the worst company I have had to work with, none of these machines work or do what they say they’re going to do. There’s no Customer Support. And they will not give me a full refund on the return machine the first one And they make me pay for the return shipping, when it’s their fault that these machines don’t work.
