Huge toy, holds up to even the worst and strongest chewers. We wash it with a bottle brush then put it on the top rack of the dry dishwasher to clean. Great entertainment and enrichment for our old pitty when filled with a small amount of peanut butter. Read more

This Kong dog toy worked perfectly and is exactly as described. Even our German Shepherd, who’s a heavy chewer, hasn’t been able to destroy it. Sturdy, durable, and provides hours of fun—highly recommend for any dog that loves to chew! Read more

Our six year old 92 pound Old English Bulldog is the certified king when it comes to destroying even the toughest toys. He'll rip through a giant Nylabone like a buzz saw through butter - although the Nylabone products are great we toss them after they show significant wear. Kong is another brand we trust and buy without hesitation, although never at this gargantuan size. That said, and after a week of Harley chomping away at this toy there isn't a single scratch. He adores it, which is amazing because he's incredibly finicky about toys and loses his interest after a few days or has completely destroyed them - the latter being the most prevalent cause. This toy is just Great, Yes it's huge and heavy but still perfect for most any big chewer I would say with the exception of very small breeds most any size dog will just relish this giant Kong.I mention this because it has tiers of different circumference , which I believe to be an extremely well thought design feature in most all of the Kong line. So even at this size - medium, large and giant breeds are sure to enjoy it. Personally, I appreciate dog toys that are designed to appeal to dogs and not humans. Few can make that claim but Kong toys are definitely one of them. I've seen this toy in the stores but always passed it by thinking it was too expensive for a toy my dog wouldn't play with for long. Finding it on Amazon for close to 50% off? it was a no brainer - done, click, buy. If you're looking for an excellent toy, that can stand up to the "jaws of life" of those hardcore, big time chewers - you can't go wrong. Read more

The media could not be loaded. My dog is a strong chewer and goes through toys very fast but this Kong last forever. He chews on every day has has hardly put a dent on it. It does have some weight to it but it’s not to heavy for him to pick up (he’s a 80 pound dog). It’s one of his favorite toys. If you have a dog that chews until the toy is completely destroyed get this Kong, you will not regret it. Read more

I got this to help my dog (the one with the black fur) be kennel trained because he bites and chews stuff out of anxiety so we have to keep him kenneled when we leave. I honestly was a little skeptical this toy wouldn't last cause he DESTROYS everything! But so far, it has been really good! He loves playing fetch with it, and licking out peanut butter. My older dog, the tan colored one, likes it too, but I think he needs something a little chewier since he's getting old and doesn't have the same jaw strength he used to. But that's not a bad thing at all because that shows how strong this thing is! I will definitely keep buying these products, and I will very likely buy a chewier one for my older dog. Overall, I really recommend this if you have a young dog or puppy that is an anxious chewer/just likes to chew or play. But if you have an older/weaker dog, I recommend getting a less tough one!
