This is one of my dog's favorite toys! He is a rescued border collie mix. He's an aggressive chewer and loves to play! This ball has lasted 2 months now and no damage at all!!! He takes it outside to play and brings it inside! He loves the squeaker and loves to play fetch with it! It is extremely durable and has held up to him just chewing and thrashing it around! This is actually the 2nd one of theses balls I have purchased. The first one was back in 2016 and just this year got hit by a lawn mower or I would still have it. I have a shephard, doberman mix puppy, that is now 1&1/2. We got her the round one for christmas, it lasted a few months, we got the foot ball. It lasted a little longer, she is on her 3 rd one since christmas, and it's august. Is a great toy, just wish it was a little more beefy. She has already got 2 gashes in the new one, and enjoys plunging her teeth thru the rubber. The squeakie is already dead, in 1 week. I think the squeakie should be under the handle like the football one. That one lasted until she ripped a home thru the side, lol. I confess, my puppy is a beast, and can destroy just about anything. I'll start by saying I have a 110 pound American Bulldogs. He prefers this ball over others because it wobbles instead of rolls. the first day we got it he was able to destroy the squeaker in under an hour. He was also able to crack the ball at the seam. I would have given more stars, but I have other kong products that he has not been able to destroy and I was disappointed and how easily this one broke. I've now had the product for about a week and there are cracks in the football and several other places. He is yet to get a chunk out completely, but when he does I will have to definitely throw it away. It has turned out to be an entertaining toy that does keep him entertained for long periods of time. I just wish the product was made of a material that didn't break as easy as it has. I understand my dog is huge, and he's not even able to get his mouth around the entire outside. So it is disappointing that it already has cracks in it. If it helps you make a decision or not, it's still one of the better products I found for a dog of this size and when he does destroy it, I will probably just go ahead and purchase another one until I find something better. Aug 2017 and I'm on my third one. This one seems invincible! 3 months in and the squeaker still drives me nuts! It's a definite favorite but not durable. It definitely crackers and starts to break apart quickly, with little play time. The ball inside holds pretty secure through it all. Durability for expense is disappointing but again a definite pet favorite, only wish that it was made of more durable materials that didn't crack and break so quickly. Read more

My dog is obsesssed. This is our second once now. My only complaint is that she ends up biting through it and the squeaker stops working. It’s a great outdoor toy. It is very loud but she loves it! Read more
