Our 10lb Pomchi Bailey Hope as you can see LOVES these mini squeaker balls! Shes been a ball dog since the first day she rescued us as a whopping 3lb baby at 1mo old. Funny how dogs are either ball dogs or they arent. haha Obviously regular size tennis balls are too big for her so these are the perfect size & in fact my 49lb grandoggy Kahlua prefers them too!! This makes them that much cuter & the pups love the noise. I LOVE that these are so durable & are the MOST durable, sturdy Ive found. They cant be torn, shredded nor can Bailey Hope pull the "fur" off, which she does with other brands. I think any size dogs would love these! I highly recommend these, the price is cheap but even if they werent its worth it since they dont ever have to be replaced...well until the pups lose them haha Read more

I ordered the small size due to the fact Pablo weighs 5lbs with a full belly. 🤣 The balls are a perfect size for him. He can bite them on the side, not small enough to swallow but the perfect size to chase and bring back! The only draw back is that I have to dig them out from under the couch daily but ordering a few packs helped eliminate that as often! They are his favorite toys. He loves the squeak and bounce and it makes for fun 30 minute play times in between naps. When I loose these I’ll definitely buy more!!! Read more

These little balls are the most extraordinary dog toys ever--and, believe me, I've spent $100s on dog toys just here on Smile.Amazon.com alone. We own a 60 lb. lab mix and a 6.5 lb. toy poodle. I got these small balls for our toy poodle because her mouth is so small, meaning that she has a hard time fetching regular-size balls. But amazingly, our 60 lb. labrador loves fetching these tiny balls, too. Even more amazing our labrador doesn't destroy these balls like she does her other toys--she loves to squish them in her mouth to make them squeak. Yes, the balls do get pretty dirty over time but amazingly they stay intact. Both our lab and our toy poodle love fetching these balls and, not only do they not get destroyed but they all continue to maintain their squeak! Read more

My little girl is OCD when it comes to squeak toys and is hellbent on making the squeak cease and then destroying the squeaker noisemaker mechanism itself regardless if its a doll or if its a ball. She doesn't discriminate. These balls last a month or more if she doesn't kill the squeaker or pull off all of the fuzz on the ball. She tends to go for the fuzz on the larger balls which I had gotten locally. During Christmas I got lazy and ordered stuff here and found these small ones. I was stoked and now so is my little one. She loves the smaller balls. I busted one out after Christmas and although I can't find the ball to vouch I don't think it squeaks anymore but she hasn't tried to make this ball bald. I expect turnover with these balls and may pooch so everything is cool and these balls and other squeaker toys are great. Can you start making the new squeak toys out of kevlar? Read more

Pomchi and lab puppy love playing with these balls and making them squeak. They love when you make them squeak and then throw ball for them to chase. They also love when you hide the ball under a blanket or in a pocket etc, and make it squeak. They scratch and jump on blanket until they can find it (usually by you showing them a peek at the ball) lol. Read more

My dog is obsessed with these squeaky tennis balls! The XS size fits her mouth perfectly. She is a 10lb toy poodle to give you insight on the size of her mouth. The ball is very bouncy and squeaky at first but with time and normal wear & tear, it becomes less bouncy/squeaky. I have also found that the balls don't last as long as the normal bigger sized tennis balls. The green fuzz comes off quite easily. This is my second purchase so far and I am satisfied with the product. Read more

I have been buying these in x-small size for many many years because my pugs absolutely LOVE them. They are always much more expensive at places like Petsmart so I started buying them on Amazon a few years ago for $1.99 per 3 pack. They used to be made MUCH more durable and I usually only bought replacements due to losing them. However at some point Kong changed how they were made and the new type is ridiculously flimsy. Instead of having what was essentially a hollow but solid felt covered ball with a hole for the squeaker they now have 2 halves that are simply glued together under the felt. The result is that the ball getting wet from doggy spit, water, or even humidity will undo the glue and the 2 halves become uneven causing the ball to no long bounce and also fall apart more easily. If you have a pug you know that unlike most other dogs they simply do not have the jaw structure or bite force to easily destroy toys and balls. They CAN destroy them but it is always a result of time and effort. The fact that one of these balls ends up falling apart in less than 2 weeks while a flimsy dollar store stuffed animal lasts months is just plain ridiculous... It is really a shame that they changed these balls as they are literally the ONLY ball my pug likes. I have tried numerous other brands of balls of the same size but they all have a solid inside and she will chase them, pick them up, then immediately drop them and give me a “what is this, where is the good ball mom” look. I guess she only likes balls she is able to squeak and chew on her way back to me because as soon as she realizes its not a Kong ball she completely ignores it... Despite the quality I continued to buy these on Amazon for a while because for $2 it wasn’t really a big deal that they didn’t last long, however when the price went up to almost $7 I decided to look elsewhere for them. These are available at Chewy for $1.99 so that is where I buy them now. Overall if you have a small dog that loves these Kong balls despite the low quality they are worth paying $1.99 for a 3 pack but CERTAINLY NOT worth the $7 Amazon is charging for them now! Read more
