I really liked these. A lot are advertised as having salicylic acid, I can promise you these have it. These kill a popped pimple overnight and reduce an angry bump down. Definitely worth the money. I had better results with the lower cost patches. These patches leave a residue when removed and make no noticeable difference. The larger patches are so hard to get off that it’s actually painful. Felt light it was taking off a layer of skin. Would not recommend. Read more

I decided to grab these pimple patches due to the salicylic. I tried these patches on a whitehead surfacing on the side of my nose. These stick pretty well and are almost invisible against my skin unless you're right next to me, though they of course don't stay invisible as they start absorbing. I like that these come in a variety of sizes, including a larger patch for a cluster. I woke up the patch had absorbed some gunk, which I know is supposed to mean it's working. The white head itself looked the same though, which isn't a worthwhile result in my opinion. I've used the mighty patches previously without much luck, so I hoped the addition of an active ingredient would help. I am 41 with no major acne problems, just occasional clogged pores or PMS breakouts. My skincare needs are different than a teenage acne sufferers, so these types of products may just be wrong for me. I think these are worth a try if you've benefitted from other acne patches or want to try them for a first time.
