My skin type is dry and sensitive. I usually don’t get pimples frequently, but once in a while, I get them on my nose because it’s the oiliest part of my skin, which is why I ordered this. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT 1. There are 78 hydrocolloid patches, and they come in two sizes. They are laid out like stickers that you pull off. There are a few pads in the box. 2. I was thinking that these would be good when I get a pimple, but I actually started to get one the other day, which was the same day I got this product. It wasn’t a full pimple yet. I could just feel where it is since there is a small bump. 3. I took one of the patches, and I didn’t have any issues at all getting it to stick, especially considering I decided to put it on after I finished my nighttime skincare regimen when my nose already had some product on. 4. The box says that it can be left on up to six hours, or when it turns opaque. I just left it on overnight. 5. When I woke up after eight hours or so, it was still there. 6. My pimple didn’t get worse, but it didn’t completely disappear, so I’m going to use another one tonight because I still feel it. 7. I think that the patch calmed it a little, but the pimple wasn’t irritated yet. It was just starting. 8. The patches are pretty thin, but they are noticeable, especially just application. 9. I suppose that makeup can be applied over it to make it blend better. OVERALL IMPRESSION: I think that these pimple patches are cost-effective and worth their value because they are able to calm and slow the growth of my pimple. Where have these little miracle blemish treatments been all my life? I’m in my 60’s and we would have killed for these as teenagers when there wasn’t much you could do for acne outbreaks but suffer. These Cordiale Centella Pimple Patches with Salicylic Acid & Hyaluronic Acid are so easy to use and so quickly effective. I just cleanse the area I want to treat, apply the correct size dot and leave it. It works overnight to remove whatever fluids and bacteria are in the blemish, and in the morning I wake up to a smooth, flat spot. I have used these overnight, but also during the day where makeup can be applied on top and they become nearly invisible. There are 78 patches in various sizes in this box. The price point of about $15 is a great value for the money as this box will last at least a year and even one blemish healed overnight is worth that to me! Read more

Update: a few more days using these and I see they stay on a lot better than the plain ones I had, especially around the lip area where the skin moves a lot. I love them! Original: I’m used to the regular pimple patches that are plain with no added ingredients so this is a first for me. You can see it’s infused in the center of each patch. These centella pimple patches appear to be for Korea as my box had Korean text on it. As for effectiveness, it seems just as effective as any other pimple patch in helping my acne recover. I used it for two days on this pimple, and it’s healing well. My skin is combination type if that matters. I also like how they look as they seem clearer than what I normally use. I do wish these are a bit larger as I prefer to use the larger sizes, but this is just personal preference. Read more

The ingredients in these pimple patches are great. Most I've seen / used are either just hydrocolloid, or hydrocolloid plus salicylic acid. These contain the latter two, in addition to centella and hyaluronic acid. Centella is awesome for calming acne-prone skin and already a part of my skincare routine. The hyaluronic acid helps with moisture retention to promote healing and better appearance - another ingredient that makes my skin happy. These patches have the bifurcated backing so you can easily peel these off without wrinkling them. They have a very shallow reservoir in the center with a bevel to the outer edges which keeps them thin and makes the patches fairly difficult to detect. So far, they've been working like a charm to shrink my blemishes quickly without making the area dry or irritated. They work better than just hydrocolloid and salicylic acid alone. This pack comes with plenty of pimple patches. They’re clear, barely noticeable on the skin, and adhere really well without leaving any residue. I wore mine all day, and they even stayed on after washing my face. As for effectiveness, I have mixed feelings. I applied four patches across my face, two of them on noticeable zits. While they did help reduce some redness, the improvement wasn’t major. What they did do was soften the spots enough to create a small opening, making them easier to pop. I get breakouts fairly often and am always looking for different acne solutions to try. These patches are fairly similar to many others that I’ve tried before, and are quite good in quality. I really like how invisible they are on the skin, so it isn’t super apparent that you’re wearing one. However, they don’t really cover up the redness of the acne itself, and after a while, when it absorbs the acne gunk, it slowly turns more opaque and white in color. So, it’s not a perfect solution if your goal is to mask the acne itself. I found that both of the sizes are on the smaller side, and even the large size isn’t quite large enough to cover some of my larger acne. This pack comes with tons of patches, and they’re perfect to use right after a shower and facial cleanse. They’re easy to apply, stay put overnight, and by morning there’s a huge reduction in pimple size and redness. It makes covering spots before work so much easier because there’s barely anything left to hide. Honestly, these feel like a miracle product. Read more
