I hate buying batteries because they're expensive and they run out quickly and I never seem to have enough. This set comes with 12 AA batteries, and you can charge 8 of them at once so you'll never run out. They work really well and they don't drain quickly so I'm not recharging them all the time, and when I do charge them, it's pretty quick. They work in any item that needs these batteries and the case that you charge them in is thinner than my wallet. Love how compact and portable this setup is!! It's easy to store. Easy to use. Keeps everything tidy and neat and easy to find. My one complaint is that the battery life is questionable. I used these first on our Halloween fairy lights - they lit up so bright and beautifully, I had high hopes. Alas, they died within 24 hours of continuous use. It could be that these batteries aren't meant to be used outdoors or perhaps some rain got into our battery pack. But, they didn't last long. I can't imagine having to replace them every single day so I'm going another route with our Halloween light situation. Read more

I've tried a lot of rechargeable batteries over the ears but have never really been satisfied with how they performed vs alkaline batteries. They didn't seem to last nearly as long which I figured was just the trade off for the ability to be able to reuse them. That's not the case with these batteries! I put these in a cellular trail cam I have up at my deer camp. The other rechargeable batteries I've tried would only last about a week or less before they died. Disposable alkaline batteries would give a little over to weeks. These batteries have been in the cam for about ten days and still show 80% when I log in! That's better than the alkaline batteries did. I did a little research and learned what the difference was. The lithium construction is far superior to NIMH batteries. Also these have a very high capacity of 3700 wMh. This is a rating I've never payed attention to but will in the future. The charger is really nice also. It doesn't actually come with a power supply just a usb-c cable but most of us have power blocks. I plugged it into one rated at 60 watts and they charged in about an hour. The indicator lights are bright and let you know exactly what's happening with your batteries from across the room. I like that it's enclosed because you can insert your batteries then set it on it's side or end. My other chargers plugged straight into a power outlet but were large, unsightly and usually blocked the entire thing. This charger can be placed nearly anywhere as it doesn't get hot. It also let me know that sove of my older batteries were defective. I really liked this set and considering how many times I can recharge these batteries it will save me a lot of money. Read more
